Training Camp Terms of Service

I agree:

• Professional conduct is expected by all attendees at all times during Training Camp, failure to do so may result in termination of participation without refund or credit.
• Tuition for Training Camp is required to be paid with registration.
• Cancelling a registration 10 or more days prior to Camp will result in a refund of tuition less a $300 cancellation fee.
• Cancelling a registration less than 10 days prior to Camp will result in no refund or credit.
• Reproduction of any material received in this training is strictly prohibited and is subject to legal action for copyright violation.
• Engaging in any recruitment activity of other participants for any business venture or organization is strictly prohibited.
• No compensation will be given for any statements, comments, feedback, testimonials, audio recordings or video image.
• Participation in this training may be terminated for violation of these terms and no refund or credit of tuition will be paid.
• claykelley.com, LLC uses a third-party payment gateway and does not review, process or retain any bank, credit card or financial information.
• Clay Kelley may postpone or reschedule Training Camp at his sole discretion.
